Leprosy Center
Leper people are considered the poorest of the poor and the untouchables of the untouchables that no one in their society has any desire to have any fellowship with them.
In January of 2009 a local land lord of a village has promised to provide a little less than half an acre of land piece of land to build homes of compassion for desperate and homeless victims of leprosy who are suffering without hope. We want this to be a residence where lepers can come and live, pray together and enjoy the rest of their life

Church planting:
It is the primary objective of the North India Christian Missions,to establish a church where no church exists, and its the foundation of NICM's ministry. NICM's message through our pastors and evangelists is essentially about Christ’s love for the world, the sinful nature of man and the salvation by faith that is available to those who surrender to God. In the course of time, the interested seekers are invited to a prayer meetings at home church, cell groups, church and in little schools, where the word of God is preached. When the people respond to the Gospel, the church is formed. But the task does not end there. Potential leaders are identified and trained to lead their own people. When the emerging church begins to stand on her feet, the pastoral and the local church leaders are asked to take over and NICM just oversees the ongoing work and also encourages the same church to plant seeds in their community. `So neither he who plants, nor he who waters is anything, but only God makes things grow’ (I Cor 3:7).
Our Pastor are ever so grateful to all those involved for adopting them to support and pray for them. It is a great encouragement to know that there are faithful people praying for NICM and willing to adopt pastors waiting to serve God.
NICM’s Missions Adopt a Pastor/Minister is designed to supply salary support that enables a smaller rural church to have a full time pastor. NICM sends and supports pastors in rural churches and cell groups - that cannot find and/or support a full time pastor. NICM provides full salary support to many village Missionaries and pastors in rural communities in Punjab and its neighboring states, and many trained ministers are waiting for support and many more are being trained in the Bible college , waiting to go out and serve the Lord.
Salary Support:
NICM’s Adopt-A- Minister Project will provide salary support to the Pastor and his f family, enabling the local church to reach the whole area with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Providing salary support enables the missionary pastor to focus entirely in full time pastoral ministry and reach the community without being hindered by financial needs.
The Benefits:
The local church receives an immediate benefit by having a full time pastor. The local community benefits by having a full time spiritual leader in their community. The Village Missionaries meet many of the spiritual needs in the whole area.
