Leprosy Center
Leper people are considered the poorest of the poor and the untouchables of the untouchables that no one in their society has any desire to have any fellowship with them.
In January of 2009 a local land lord of a village has promised to provide a little less than half an acre of land piece of land to build homes of compassion for desperate and homeless victims of leprosy who are suffering without hope. We want this to be a residence where lepers can come and live, pray together and enjoy the rest of their life
Sponsorship
North India Christian Mission is sponsoring the people in different categories to avail them Education Medical Help and Emergency Disaster Services.
We request you to sponsor a orphan child for education, students for bible college and severely ill persons for the treatment at our hospital. Helps us to reach destitute and broken family that is not able to help and care for themselves and there little kids.
Any contribution is welcome, but to give poor little children a long term hope and future, we would like you to partner with us in regular giving and become our partner. Our immediate needs are to raise funds for the building and the equipping of the children's Home and School.We have been promised by a donor to help us buy an acre of Land,but we will need funds to immidetly put a boundary wall and a small living place for a caretaker,until we find enough funds to construct a childrens home and a small school along with.
Partnership
NICM was firt was born as a result of partnerships. Our first partners were our prayer partners and Eastview Christian Church and then followed by several others including individuals and mission agencies.Having forged such partnerships, we have found that the people are more responsive to the Gospel. For example, when we dig bore wells in drought affected areas, feeding the Lepers and helping the widows and orphans,the response is one of gratefulness to us and thankfulness to God. In this way they realize that we are interested in their personal well being as well as their spiritual well being. When it comes to disasters, timely help can not only alleviate human suffering but also lead them closer to the Lord. James 1:27
